Eagle and Chicken story. Once upon a time, in a beautiful forest, there lived an eagle who had been raised by a family of chickens. The eagle, not knowing any better, believed he was just like the chickens he lived with. He would peck at the ground for food and cluck like a chicken. One day, as the eagle was pecking at the ground, he saw another eagle soaring high up in the sky. The eagle was mesmerized by the grace and power of the soaring eagle. He asked the chickens what that magnificent bird was, and they told him it was an eagle, the king of the skies. The eagle was intrigued and wanted to learn more about his true identity.
