Life stone is a complex example of combination of gravel and sand
One day a philosophy teacher came to the class with some things and placed them on the table in front of him. When the class started, he took a big jar and started filling it with stones. Then he asked his students if the jar was full, the students answered yes. He then took some pebbles and poured them into the jar, and when he shook the jar lightly, the pebbles fell into place between the larger stones.
He again asked his students if the jar was full, and the students answered yes. Then he took a box of sand and poured it into the jar, the sand filled all the empty spaces in the jar. He once again asked his students if the jar was full, and again the students answered yes.
"Now, I want you to think that the jar is your life," he said to the pupils. The big stones in life are your children, your spouse, your family, and your health. Even if everything were taken away from you, life would still be meaningful. Your home, workplace, etc. are pebbles. And everything else in your life is represented by sand.
If you first filled the jar with just sand, there would be no room for the rocks and pebbles. Similarly, if you spend all your energy on the small things, you will not be able to take care of the important things. So you give time to your family first, then anything else.
First of all learn to take care of the big stones, which are very precious to you. Everything else is like sand.
